When you sign-up for our newsletter, we store your email address in our database. When you register at our store, we store your name, address, phone number, and email address information is stored in our database for subsequent order-processing. If you enter your credit card number when you make a purchase from our store, we only use the number to process the current order, then we delete the number. ServersAndParts does not and will not distribute, sell, or divulge your personal information to 3rd parties for any reason. Your information will ONLY be used to process your order, send you our newsletter, and enter you in our monthly drawing. You may opt-out of the newsletter and monthly drawing at any time.

Buy with confidence! All Supermicro and ServersAndParts products feature a 1-year Exchange/Repair parts and labor Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship and an additional 2-year repair-labor warranty. In the unlikely event that your product fails under the warranty, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product in the original shipping carton (or equivalent), you prepay shipping and insurance, and the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you via Ground shipment at no extra charge. ServersAndParts purchases shipping-insurance on all packages and products we ship. When you receive the product, please inspect the package to make sure it was not damaged during shipment and do not accept delivery if the package was damaged. For non-defective returns within 30-days of purchase, contact us for an RMA number, return the product to us in like new condition in the original shipping carton with the RMA number written on the outside of the package, (you prepay shipping and insurance) and we will refund your original product purchase price less a 20% re-stocking charge.

SuperServer Products: Supermicro provides a three-year warranty for labor and one-year warranty for parts. This limited warranty includes cross shipment service covering a period of 1 year from Supermicro invoice date.
